I hired these guys because they were recommended to me by someone I trust.  These guys gave me a quote which was significantly less than the other quote.  Note so much cheaper that made me suspicious. So, I hired them to reroof my 2,800 sq ft. house.  They finished in 4 days, did a great job and cleaned up really well.  To make sure that they did a good job, I called my friend who is a retired roofer and had him check it out.  He confirmed, they did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Lazcano recently re-roofed my home in Piedmont. I had numerous bids and while not the cheapest, they took time to explain the quality of materials being used, warranties, roof vent options, etc. The work was done promptly and expertly. They even pulled nails that the prior roofer had improperly put through the eaves. Afterwards, all the landscaping was free from debris and damage. I was very impressed with the skill of the workers and efforts they took for their safety since my home is over 3 stories in the back. I heard about these guys from a local real estate broker I trust. They came to my Oakland hills house the day I called and gave me a very reasonable bid on fixing my roofing problem. They also pointed out other roofing issues I didn't know about after correctly surmising my prior roof job (from a remodel) was probably done by a general contractor vs a roofer. They started the job when they said that would, have a very stable, professional crew (I always ask how long have your guys worked for you) were very neat with totally fair pricing. Would not hesitate using them again.

Owner of this company led two projects on my roof: a complicated repair of a clerestory and a total roof replacement.  Both projects can in on time and on budget, with the team even working weekends to get the work done.  They worked safely and minimized the debris coming off of the old roof.  I would definitely recommend.

We did get other estimates and chose Lazcano because of their responsiveness, the description of their work, and cost. Not only did they re-roof, they also installed custom skylights.  Once the work started We received a daily status report from Mr. Lazcano, including photos, info about progress, inspection results, and what was next.  The Lazcano crew is excellent; they showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the job was completed on schedule.  Based on our experience we recommend Lazcano Roofing.
